Mito Core at Mindd International Forum: Celebrating Innovation, Community and 20 Years of Impact
After six years, it was an absolute joy to return to the Mindd International Forum—an event that continues to bring together leading voices in integrative, functional and regenerative health. This year was particularly special, marking Mindd’s 20th anniversary, and Mito Core was honoured to be part of the celebration.
Sharing the Power of Cellular Health
At our stand, we showcased three of our most powerful tools for optimising health at the cellular level:
HUGO PEMF: our go-to for pulsed electromagnetic field therapy
ReOxy: a breakthrough in adaptive, interval hypoxic training
InBody: our essential device for real-time body composition and metabolic analysis

Together, these tools drew great interest from practitioners and curious attendees alike—sparking meaningful conversations about resilience, adaptation, and the future of health technology.
A Community That Walks the Talk
True to Mindd’s mission, the forum balanced community education with in-depth lectures for practitioners. Mindd has partnered with MAPS for many years to train practitioners in integrative health care for the whole family. MAPS- Medical Academy of Paediatric Special Needs- came from integrative paediatrics (caring for ADHD, anxiety, neurodevelopmental delays, asthma, alleriges, autoimmunity, gut issues, immune dysfunction, and chronic complex conditions such as PANS). Scientific presentations from world-renowned MAPS doctors—including Dr James Neuenschwander, Dr Nancy O’Hara, and Dr Liz Mumper—provided cutting-edge insights into the care of patients with complex needs. Visionaries like Dr Christabelle Yeoh, Dr Charlie Teo, and Charlie Arnott also took the stage, sharing their wisdom and reinforcing the importance of a holistic, systems-based approach to healing.

We were especially impressed by the attention to detail behind the scenes: all meals were organic and locally sourced, a tangible commitment to practising what we preach—nutrition as medicine, sustainability as principle.
A Night to Celebrate
The forum culminated in a celebratory dinner honouring 20 years of Mindd. With the incredible Leslie Embersits coordinating everything seamlessly whilst bridging Australia and the U.S., the evening was a true testament to the heart and hustle that have made Mindd a strong cornerstone of the integrative health movement in Australasia.
Looking Forward
Mito Core being part of a growing and passionate Mindd community again—after six years away—was both grounding and energising. As Mito Core continues to explore and support health from the cellular level outward, we’re proud to stand alongside organisations like Mindd that are creating meaningful change to the future of healthcare.
