True health begins in your cells
Health is not a fixed point. It is the capacity to respond to signals, regulate the response and recover without compromising function.
We train with biophysical devices
Powered by Next Practice Genbiome
Begin with mitochondria: the core of our cells
Mitochondria translate the ever-evolving biophysical conditions around you into meaningful activity. They are not only critical in energy production, but also process and regulate incoming signalling for repair and communication, making them central to our Cell Care approach.
We work with those conditions through biophysical devices, using inputs such as light, oxygen, pressure and electromagnetic fields. The type and dose of exposure are calibrated to you, as part of training your capacity to adapt.
More about mitochondria…
We train adaptive capacity through biophysical devices.
High-intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF)
Photobiomodulation (PBM) - Red Light
Hydrogen Inhalation
Oxygen, pressure, electromagnetic fields, light, heat, regulation and movement create different kinds of demand. That is what we mean by biophysical care. The purpose is not simply to use a device; it is to choose the right signal, in the right sequence, for the person in front of us.
Hypervibe - G-Force
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
iMRS - Brain Entrainment
HOCATT - Activated Oxygen Thermogenesis
ReOxy - Intermittent Hypoxic Hyperoxic Training
VibroSound - Vibroacoustic Sound
What We Do at Mito Core
The mechanism is cellular
Cells continually read their physical environment. Mitochondria help translate those signals into the energy, communication and repair required for adaptation.
Biophysics gives us a way to work with the physical conditions that influence cellular function. The inputs differ between therapies so that we can train the mitochondria with different stimuli to help coordinate energy, signalling and repair.
The aim is to train what we call the adaptive capacity of our mitochondria. This creates the capacity for how much your system can accommodate while preserving function and recovering afterwards. Appropriate exposure, repeated over time with sufficient resources and recovery, gives the body opportunities to adapt
This is the bridge between biophysics and adaptive capacity: the signal is physical, the response is cellular, and the effect is expressed across the whole system.
Why Mito Core Matters
Your ability to adapt is True Health.
To the mitochondria, longevity and chronic illness are part of the same biological spectrum. This exhibits how much adaptive capacity is preserved or constrained over time.
In this model, appropriate signalling, sufficient resources and recovery support the preservation of function; therefore, the burden on our system remains minimised, and your vitality maximised. When more of the system is committed to protection and compensation, less capacity remains available for repair, recovery and wider function.
One biological system.
Different expressions of capacity.
Our system is complex and interconnected. What changes is the direction and rate at which adaptive capacity is preserved, constrained or rebuilt.
The Mito Core Method
Assess
Establish the baseline.
Your history, goals and relevant testing define where the system is starting.
If the system is dynamic, treatment must be capable of being dynamic too.
2.
Calibrate
Build the right exposure.
Practitioners coordinate device, program sequence and timing
around the person.
3.
Train
Apply the right signals.
Repeated, measured exposure gives the system a stimulus to respond, regulate and recover.
4.
Reassess
Make progress visible.
We review your response, retest where useful and refine for the next phase.
You adapt.
